What to expect from Bourke painting Contractors

We will arrive on time every day until the project is complete. We will Clean up at  the end of each day. All of our employees will be in uniform at all times. On exterior projects, we will power-wash your Home, Cover all walkways, Protect your shrubs,  roofs, etc. and use top quality materials and will not leave ladders against your home to endanger your or your neighbors children.

We will not smoke on your property or have loud music playing to disturb you or  your neighbors (although there may be an occasional song, sung by one of our employees as they enjoy their work)

Warranty
We will provide you with a written 3 year warranty for exterior painting projects

Estimates
We will provide you with written estimate on the original scope of the project and then  stick to it.

Any additions to, or changes in the scope of work will be clearly documented, discussed and implemented only after written approval. We do not apply any hidden  charges to client projects.
